What happened
Employee only had on 1 glove (to save time) and was removing scrap metal from the press. Employee was holding the scrap metal with his gloved hand and the metal began to slip from his grip. Employee tried to catch the metal from falling and quickly grabbed it with his non-gloved hand causing it to puncture his right thumb. Employee did Not recieve any stitches.
