Repairing Dock Door #6. Removing the cable bracket.
What happened
Employee was loosening the dock door roller bracket to attempt to get the door roller back into the track. When the bolts were removed the dock door shifted. This wedged his hand between the door and the track. Employee sustained lacerations and a fractured finger. Radar Card process was not followed completed.
