What happened
Caring for a pt attempting to apply chapstick to pt ' 's lip explained & shown chapstick before applying. once chapstick placed on pt pt grabbed her right arm with both of his hands and twisted towards the right direction. She was unable to get loose from pt & screamed from pain as pt continued to twist. Pt continued even after she screamed. CNA present and attempting to release pt ' 's hands from her she finally got loose.
