What happened
The team member got out of his forklift to pick up a header and put on his forks to take to plant 30. Team member had gloves on. While team member was holding the header and walking to put the header on the forks he slipped on ice and fell. This caused his right ring finger to be badly smashed and cut. We are sending him to beacon to get medical attention because it looks like it needs stitches.
