An associate at the offsite training facility had just begun their turn on single occupancy tugger 2100. When making a right turn the associate stated they felt like the tugger was on two wheels and they felt like they were going to fall off. Trying to catch their self was unsuccessful and they fell onto the concrete. When the associate fell they hit their head and their lower back.
