What happened
[REDACTED] was in the process of loading a container on THE 4th cart when she backed out of the fork pockets she backed out and went to turn to go forward the back end of the Truck hit the 3rd cart. The Associate heard a scream and stopped immediately and got the Team Leader. The Delivery Associate was packing cart 3 while cart 4 was being loaded by the [REDACTED]. The Delivery Associate was knocked to the ground by cart 3. The Delivery Associate was assessed by IAP Medical and was taken to the Hospital. The Delivery Associate didn 't have shin guards on as required in the Policy handbook.
