Before the incident

At the warehouse loading the van for delivery. Employee was taking the cart down ramp to the van to load up for the day.

What happened

I used the front ramp nearest to the road I asked a helper out there to help me with my first cart down the ramp and he did when we got to the end of the ramp to turn left to go to my van I couldn 't pull it because of the slight hill to go up after you turn left around the pole so he helped me push it to my van I then headed inside to get my second cart and I asked him to do the same thing so we came down the ramp and around the corner left again and he was helping me push it and somehow someway my foot caught under the cart and tripped me up I caught myself the first time but then it caught my foot even more and I ended up going down it caught my left foot so it twisted it and had me on the floor instantly I started panicking after a few seconds telling the guy I can 't get my foot out I can 't feel my foot and he ran for more help because he couldn 't life it alone so someone else came running over and helped lift the cart and my foot was free i instantly knew I couldn 't walk in it
