he incident occurred while i was walking to the customer door do leave the package

The injury happened on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. when I went to my [REDACTED] 118 (delivery). I got out of the van with a small envelope (that was the customer package) that I had to deliver and the work phone that is what we used to scan the package and take the picture of the delivery. I was walking through the customer from yard to go to the customer from door and fell and bent my right ankle. In the fall my left shoe came off from my foot and the right ankle sprained. I stood up the faster i could but the pain in my right ankle was super strong. I limp to the customers from door. I put the package there took the picture and i sat down on her step to put the left shoe on and the i limped back to the work van. when i got to the van i took a few minutes to see if the pain will go away but it did not i text my manager about the injury the same date it happens [REDACTED]
