What happened
Employee along with three other Techs were removing a powered roller conveyor from [REDACTED]. The Techs isolated all the power and began to physically disassemble the individual sections of the conveyor. The conveyor line was constructed where one section had legs and the one immediately after did not have legs instead resting on brackets from both opposing sides. One end suddenly dropped causing the section to fall to the floor and land on employee 's right foot.
