What happened
employee grabbed onto a wire egg belt basket while clearing an egg jam. when she reached for the wire basket her finger went through the wires of the basket along with a hole in the eggbelt. The belt was moving the basket was not. Employees ' finger was cut by the belt as it continued moving.
