What happened
Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] warehouse operator employee was struck by a stack of pallets being moved by warehouse lead. The employee was pulling UPCs for production and was bent over in between three stacks of pallets and the storage rack. The other employee was moving the pallets and his forks hit the bottom of the stack pushing them forward into the employees left hip and knee. He stated he was in a lot of pain and cannot put any weight on his left leg. An ambulance was called.
