My Lead Operator approached me tonight and stated that he has discomfort in his right knee. He said he uses shoe inserts and wanted to remove and replace them to assess if that was the issue. I asked him if this is a work-related issue and he stated he could not say with certainty. I asked if there was any specific occurrence that has contributed to this discomfort and he stated he cannot identify a specific incident. I asked if he would be able to finish his shift tonight to which he replied 'Yes '. I asked if he felt he needed medical attention to which he replied 'Right now no. I am going to see my doctor though '.
