Around [REDACTED] sanitation employee was in the garbage room area filling up chemical buckets with [REDACTED]. He stated that as he was filling up a bucket a single drop of [REDACTED] made it over the top of his safety glasses and hit him in the inner corner of his right eye. employee immediately went to an eye wash station and flushed his eye. Employee then went to the break room and went to the sink and ran water over his eye again. An ambulance was called and the paramedics were provided with the safety data sheet for [REDACTED].
