After adding capsicum to a batch of Pace Hot Honey and Chipotle on [REDACTED] Employee stated he removed his PPE of gloves and sleeves. Shortly after he noticed a itching or tingling feeling on the top of his hand. Area affected spread from wrist to thumb. Employee has been washing it and treating the chemical burn area with water-jet burn jel while at work and aloe vera and lidocaine when at home. Employee is going to Well Now to have his burn looked at due to still itching etc. Incident was not reported until [REDACTED]
