At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] a Machine Operator had just walked down the stairs and onto the floor near the [REDACTED] 2 area. He stated I took two steps and felt a sharp pain on the side of my knee like something tore and my knee gave out. He stated his knee had been bothering him for days prior to tonight that it had been stiff while at home. When asked if he needed immediate medical attention he stated yes he did. Emergency medical services were called and after first responders arrived; an ambulance arrived [REDACTED]. The employee was then taken to the Emergency Room by ambulance.
