On [REDACTED] the packer operator informed me that they had a work injury on [REDACTED]. After reviewing the camera footage we were able to see the injury to her right elbow while working on the operator side of the case packer occur at [REDACTED] while making setup adjustments. It was also noticed that the operator ducked under the conveyor seven times going from one side of the packer to the other. After reporting the incident the operator requested that they go to urgent care to have the injury looked at.
