On [REDACTED] an employee was cleaning in a squatted position underneath the lowspeed kitchen. He reached for the water hose and fell on his right shoulder. After getting up he tried to spray the hose when he realized his shoulder is in pain. He has difficulty fully his raising his right arm. He is requesting urgent care and is able to drive himself. We offered to take him and he declined.
