What happened
An employee went to pull a jammed jug out of the jug turner and his hand slipped and hit the metal corner piece on the machine. He has a laceration to his right index finger. I covered it with gauze and ointment and closed it with medical tape. Later in the shift he needed to go to the hospital and got three stitches.
