What happened
This incident occurred while performing work at line 2 dump tank. Control Tech was removing flow meter as he went to loosen the meter he lost his grip which cause him to fall onto his shoulder. He tried to break his fall by hand but wasn 't able too. I asked which shoulder both because as he came down he rolled. pain level was at a 3 he refused any medical attention.
