While walking in the shop near the sheat brake the employee tripped over a apallet near the brake. In an attempt to break his fall he reached out and grabbed onto the rollers of tthe brake and dislodged a (approx) 10x70x1 2 piece of steel plate. The plate upend itself and slid down onto the employee 's left foot.
