This RN administered a [REDACTED] vaccine with a 25g needle to infant. After injection I punctured my right index finger while recapping needle. Cleaned site with soap and water and alcohol. Notified [REDACTED] spoke with Nursing Supervisor called Lab stat and notified Mother of the infant.
