Employee was making repairs on the in-liner machine

Another employee from a different company who was driving the tow motor using a boom lift on the tow motor tomove a piece of metal off the machine. The piece caught on the in-liner and started spinnng. It struck ou employee in the hand piniching his right middle finger in between the metal piece and the machine

Crushing soft tissue on the right middle finger along with a lacertation to the mid finger and damage to the nail

Moving part with boom lift it caught on the side of the machine and swung smahing finger
