What happened
The feed tunnel became clogged with beans at approximately [REDACTED]. The employee reached into the tunnel in an attempt to unclog the feed area while a co-worker restricted the bean flow. The tunnel is 21 long from the entrance to the cutting wheel. It is enclosed by a guard along the top.
