Before the incident
A material handler placed a pallet on a rack near the [REDACTED]. Employee noticed from the back side of the rack that there were sheets from an adjacent pallet that were hanging over the edge of the pallet which may have been pushed off when the material handler was staging the new skid of printed.
What happened
Employee stood up on his tip toes reaching for the crooked sheets in an attempt to slide them over and felt a pop in his toes and they gave out. The right index toe is dis-colored and will not bare weight.
