What happened
Employee moving Large screen and discovered it was facing the wrong direction. The screen begun to slide toward 2 XL screens. The large screen could have damaged the XL screens. Employee caught the large screen but his left index finger was caught between the screens. Employee initially had soreness but could still move the finger. The next day employee had additional pain and swelling.
