EE was attempting align bin sides on the stack
What happened
An EE in fruit delivery was breaking down bins and found bin sides were incorrectly placed on the bottom pallet. The EE was able to realign the bin sides but then attempted to align the sides from top to bottom. The EE turned their back to the stack and reached their hands behind them to then use their body weight to align the sides. As the bin sides began to get aligned the sides fell into the interlocked position and pinched the EEs fingers. The EE was able to get their fingers removed and was taken to the clinic for follow up.
