Statement via [REDACTED]: On the afternoon of [REDACTED] I was inspecting the NLG tire pressure of a [REDACTED]. Suddenly a gust of wind snatched away the paper where I was writing down my tire pressures. In a quick attempt to retrieve it I stood up quickly and accidentally collided with the Rh lower pitot probe causing a deep cut on my head.
