What happened
EE was working on the Bagger Line at the SIC building processing hoods screens. She went to replace a table for another which the top could spin. In pulling the rolling table backwards her foot became caught beneath the rolling table and she lost balance falling backwards onto the floor. She landed on her rear causing a contusion and pain to her right hip lower back.
