What happened
EE was lifting blade boxes from a pallet and placing onto her cart to be transferred to the line (into totes). When she was lifting a blade box (one hand on each end of the box) its contents had shifted forward inside the box. When she attempted to catch the shift of weight she felt a pop in her right shoulder (deltoid) resulting in pain.
