While removing the last bolt on the back belly pan with an impact the belly pan and material build-up quickly dropped and the force of the pan material caused the impact to slip. EE 's left index finger was caught between the impact and the cement floor. The top side of EE 's finger was skinned and the bottom side had a laceration that required sutures.
