Unjamming label machine

EE was working to unjam label machine when maintenance arrived. IE went to exit to the left of the table machine and her foot struck the nearby [REDACTED] & Tool board leg causing her to trip and fall forward. She caught herself with her right hand and also struck her face onto the concrete (below right eye on cheek – causing a knot). On catching her fall her right pinky finger began swelling and appeared disformed (dislocated) with reported pain.
