Operating a Forklift

EE was working in the [REDACTED] aisle on his reach truck (PIV) when he had exited his lift to physically pull parts from a pallet. After pulling processing a part he turned to return to his lift and in transit his right knee gave out causing him to begin to fall. To avoid hitting the ground he quickly reached out and grabbed a pallet of parts with his right arm to stop his fall. In catching his fall he felt a pull in his right forearm elbow accompanied by pain.
