What happened
EE was grabbing “A-bar” from the tooling rack at the paint line and hanging them. When she returned to the tooling rack to grab more A-bar she bent to pick them up stood and turned and struck the right side of her head (above right eye near temple) against the tooling rack. Her head immediately developed a large lump with bruising and pain.
