What happened
Associate was attempting to move a 4” pipe from the stored area to their work station. The pipe got stuck as they were attempting to move it and while the associate tried to get the pipe unstuck. When the pipe was finally released but the weight of the pipe pulled them forward causing them to trip over material stored on the floor causing the cut in the process.
