Our associate was checking the pallets on the dock and noticed one pallet was higher than the 72 height limit. She was removing the top box to make the pallet the appropriate height and there was a rotor on top of the box that could not be seen from the dock.

The rotor slid off the box this associate was removing and struck her in the face.
