While working to clean up for the day. The injured employee (IP) began using pressure hose and nozzle to wash down work area.
What happened
While hosing down work area IP stepped back and there was an air hose behind him causing him to lose footing and grip on the hose. The IP fell back and hit head on curb causing laceration to left ear.
