IP believes that he must have got a foreign object in his eye the previous work day. During the interview the employee claimed that he did not feel any irritation until morning. A co-worker claimed that the IP had told him at a break the previous day that he got something in his eye. The co-worker recommended that the IP report the incident to their supervisor.
