A) Center of Shop, Dewalt Radial Arm Saw (no other identification)-
the cutting head did not return to the starting position when
released by the operator, exposing employees to contact with
the rotating saw blade, on or about February 15, 1991.
Among other methods, one feasible method is to install the radial saw in
a manner so as to cause the cutting head to return gently to the
starting position when released by the operator.
