Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The

employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which
were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause
death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to direct contact with compressed air:
(a)  Specialty 2 Area - Employee used compressed air to
clean the sawdust off his clothing exposing him to
eye and ear injuries and the  introduction  of air
into the bloodsteam, on or about July 29, 1991.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to prohibit this practice and to substitute a
vaccum cleaner system of cleaning sawdust from the employees.
