Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12': a) I-84 and Eagle Road, Meridian, Idaho - Employee working in bucket of front end loader 'Caterpillar Model 9660, observed November 3, 1989. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct his hazard is: Use a rough terrain self-propelled serial work platform or a vehicle mounted elevating and rotating work platform.
