Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falling and tripping hazards: (a) At the facility, 270 Marvin Miller Drive, Atlanta, GA Employees working in "Brown Belt" "pick-off" area were exposed to fall and trip hazards, when employees climbed onto moving conveyor. Among other feasible and acceptable methods to correct this hazard is to set and enforce procedures for shutting down conveyor before employees climb onto conveyor to perform work
