objects or by someone accidently stepping on it.
(c)Plant - Employees operate the M.D. Knowlton Company hand stayer machine
to tape
the corners of cardboard for making boxes.  No means was provided to
protect the
foot pedal from unintended activation by falling or moving objects or by
someone
accidently stepping on it.
