the employees were not wearing the seat belts when operating the equipment.
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to wear the provided seat belts as referenced in ASME B56.1 - 2000 "SAFETY
STANDARD
FOR LOW LIFT AND HIGH LIFT TRUCKS AND OSHA'S FORKLIFT TRAINING
STANDARD."
