a)  On or about 4/12/93, employees were riding the conveyor belt on
the
baler machine sorting cardboard and non-cardboard items.  there is
a great
potential for tripping/slipping on the cardboard and the 3" riser
on the
conveyor belt.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct
this
hazard is to redesign the belt conveyor and provide handling tools
to
employees.
