IS 30. a) EAST SIDE OF CASEY SMITH TOWER - A TORQUE WRENCH MEASURING FT.-LBS. WAS NOT USED IN THE RIGGING PROCESS OF A TWO-POINT SUSPENSION SCAFFOLD. AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO USE A PROPERLY CALIBRATED TORQUE WRENCH, MEASURING TORQUE IN FT.-LBS..
