anti-repeat feature
into the two-hand control system.  When the two-hand controls were held in
the
operating or depressed position the press cycled continuously.  The
controls, also, were
not designed to require release of all operator's hand controls before an
interrupted stroke
could resume.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to install anti-repeat feature.
