pinned between a
forklift and the ground in the event of a tipover, due to the fact that
forklift operators were not
required to wear the seat belts provided on the following Nissan,
Mitsubishi, and Hyster
forklifts:  M-1, M-3, M-34, M-35, and M-41.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to require the use of the seat belts provided on the forklifts in
accordance with ASME/ANSI
B56.1-1995, Safety Standards for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks, Section
5.3.19.
