when power is
restored.
(b) Fabrication Department, East End - the Powermatic circular table saw
was not equipped with
a magnetic restarter or similar device, as prescribed by the American
National Standard for
Metal Cutting Saws, ANSI B11.10, Section 5.2.3.4, that in the event of an
interruption
in the
electrical supply, would prevent the saw from restarting automatically
when power is restored.
