the presence of personnel beneath the counterweight, on or about
11/15/93.
ABATEMENT NOTE:  Among others one feasible and acceptable method to abate
this hazard
is to confine the weight inside an enclosure or provide a means to
support the weight in the
event of failure of the normal support.
