Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the warehouse area - it was observed an industrial truck type LPG, Clark, ModelC500Y55, S/N Y50-601-2522-0870 of 5,500 lbs of load capacites, which one was not equipped with warning devices. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to provide a horn or sound producing or visual devices such as, lights, whistle or back up alarm. Hazard: Stroke to employees. En el area de almacen - fue observado un vehiculo industrial tipo LPG,Clark, modelo C500Y55, S/N Y50-601-2522-0870 de 5,500 lbs. de capacidad de carga el cual no estaba equipado con aparatos de advertencia. Entro otros metodos, un metodo accesible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es proveer una bocina o algun artefacto que produzca advertencia auditiva o visual, tal como luces, silbato o alarma de retroceso. Riesgo: Golpe a empleados.
